Belligerent is looking to recruit players that show investment and passion for Siege. We look for the following: - High win-rate. Above 90% at a minimum. We look for closer to 95%. - Participation. We expect everyone to be theory-crafting offenses AND defenses. - Willingness to improve. Bad sieges happen, it's okay. We expect to see a reflection and a clear path forward to success. - Ability to listen and be an adult. We emphasize giving and receiving feedback. - Good account. A good rune line, LDs, top set, siege dupes, etc. are valued.
